“Let it Ride, All of It”
I thought I’d never have a chance to win the lottery. I can’t even pick the pen that works from a
choice of two at the lottery stand. If I
put a thousand dollars on a horse it would collapse. I’m just not a lucky guy, I’m only a schemer.
When the Canadian government introduced Pro Line: a sports
betting lottery; it was just another sure way of getting nothing for
something. Then, a system I believed to
be foolproof set the stage for an opportunity to turn one paycheck into enough
money to retire on.
With a system in place but limited time to make it work only
one question remained.
How many times was I willing to turn a wallet, a shoe box, a
suitcase and then a trunk full of winnings over to the lottery agent and say “let
it ride”?
